Shipping
All orders ship from our warehouse in Columbia, SC, via USPS, DHL, UPS or FedEx.
Processing and delivery. Most orders ship within 3 business days and arrive 3–5 business days after they ship. During the holiday season, processing can take a little longer due to higher order volume. You’ll get tracking by email or text as soon as your order ships; tracking usually updates within 24 hours of the carrier’s first scan.
International. We don’t ship internationally at this time. We ship only within the United States.
Checkout+ (Free Returns coverage)
Add Checkout+ (Free Returns coverage) at checkout and your return label is included, so you can return or exchange items at no cost.
Without Checkout+, you can still return eligible items, but a handling fee for return shipping is deducted from your refund. All returns follow our Return Policy.

What is “Checkout+ (Free Returns coverage)” Coverage?
When you opt in for coverage at checkout, your return shipping label is included. You can return any item(s) in your order for a refund or exchange for FREE.
If you decide not to buy return coverage, you can still return your items, but you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.
