Return Policy

Something you got not quite right? No worries, you may qualify for a refund or exchange! 

How to Complete Your Return:

  1. Check to see if your item is eligible for a return by reviewing the requirements below.
  2. Please follow the instructions given at localboyoutfitters.loopreturns.com to complete your return or exchange.
  3. Once you have completed the return process, you will be given a prepaid label and/or QR code. Please note that a handling fee to cover return shipping will be automatically deducted from your return amount.
  4. Once items are received, we will then process your return or exchange. Please allow up to 15 days for us to receive and process your return.

    Discounted items, gift card purchases, and items that have been worn or washed are considered yours to keep and do not qualify for return or exchange. 

    Return Requirements:

    • Products must be unwashed and unworn.
    • Defective or damaged products are handled on a case-by-case basis. See Exchanges section below for more information.
    • All returns must be made within 30  days of your original purchase.
    • Products must have been purchased from www.localboyoutfitters.com. Otherwise, they must be returned at the location from which they were purchased.

    Gift Returns

    If an item was marked as a gift when purchased and the original buyer had the item shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift certificate for the value of your return. If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased or the original buyer had the item shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the original buyer. If you would like to return a gift, please contact us

    Exchanges

    An item will only be replaced if defective or damaged. 

    If an item is purchased from another retailer and is defective or damaged, please reach out to us with proof of damage and (pending approval) we will replace it at no cost. To exchange it for the same item, shoot us an email at sales@localboyoutfitters.com and we will send you a free return label.

    Refund Issues/Partial Refunds

    If you are having trouble locating your refund credit, please contact your credit card company or banking service. There is often processing time before a refund is officially posted in your account. If you have contacted your credit card company or banking service and still have not received your refund credit, please contact us at sales@localboyoutfitters.com.
