Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase to qualify for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, an item must be unused, in the same condition that it was received, and in its original packaging. Only regularly-priced items may be refunded. Gift cards and final sale items, unless defective or damaged, cannot be refunded.
If an item was marked as a gift when purchased and the original buyer had the item shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift certificate for the value of your return. If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased or the original buyer had the item shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the original buyer.
Once your return is received and inspected, an email will be sent notifying you of return approval or denial. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain amount of days.
If you are having trouble locating your refund credit, please contact your credit card company or banking service. There is often some processing time before a refund is officially posted in your account. If you have contacted your credit card company or banking service and still have not received your refund credit, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
An item will only be replaced if defective or damaged. If an item is purchased from another retailer and is defective or damaged, please reach out to us with proof of damage and we will replace it at no cost. To exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and we will send you a free return label.
There are certain situations where partial refunds may be granted. Any item not in its original condition (with damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error) or any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery has the potential to be partially refunded. Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will assess the refund.
The customer will be responsible for shipping costs when returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping with be deducted from the refund. If you are shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item if there is a postal error. Depending on a customer’s shipping location, exchanged product return time may vary.
